- Previous barista experience in a similar environment
- Strong customer service skills

Job Duties
- Prepare and serve hot and cold beverages including coffee, tea, and specialty drinks
- Greet, thank and deliver excellent guest service
- Describe menu options and be knowledgeable about beverage products to make appropriate recommendations to guests
- Handle money transactions, make change and process credit card payments
- Maintain cleanliness of assigned areas and equipment
- Follow all opening and closing procedures
