Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in customer service preferred
- ability to communicate effectively with diverse groups
- physical ability to stand for extended periods
- reliable transportation to work
- legal authorization to work in the country
- willingness to work flexible hours including mornings, weekends, and holidays

- excellent verbal and written communication skills
- basic computational ability for cash handling
- ability to lift up to 15lbs

- maintain cleanliness in the Starbucks area

- adherence to proper cash handling procedures including tip reporting

Job Duties
- greet customers warmly
- take food orders
- provide product information
- prepare drink orders according to Starbucks and Marriott service standards
- operate a cash register
- handle payments accurately
- provide change to customers
- educate customers on coffee beans, preparation methods, and home brewing
- clean and stock the customer area
- follow Marriott's operational policies including safety and security procedures
- maintain composure during peak times
- interact with customers and coworkers in a friendly and outgoing manner
