- Availability to work on Tuesday, Friday, and Saturday
- Previous experience as a barista or in a similar customer service role preferred
- Ability to work part-time hours
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to perform opening and closing procedures

- Ability to maintain a clean and organized workspace

Job Duties
- Help to maintain positive staff morale
- Ensure excellence in coffee preparation and customer experience
- Participate in store development
- Stay knowledgeable about products
- Perform standard bar operations during 3-4 shifts each week
- Perform close and open procedures
- Consistently and efficiently prepare excellent quality beverages
- Provide genuine, quality customer service and foster a welcoming and pleasant cafe environment
- Maintain a well organized and clean cafe
