Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work weekends and some evenings
- Capacity to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team
- Customer service experience preferred
- Willingness to learn and participate in training program
Job Qualifications
- Friendly, positive attitude and strong hospitality instincts
- Interest in specialty coffee and learning about the craft
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Reliability and punctuality
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Previous barista or café experience preferred
- Experience with espresso machines and manual brewing methods preferred
- Food service or customer service experience preferred
Job Duties
- Prepare espresso drinks and brewed coffee to DOCR standards
- Provide warm, attentive customer service
- Learn about our coffees, brewing methods, and menu offerings
- Maintain a clean, organized café and workspace
- Handle POS transactions accurately
- Support teammates during busy service periods
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative café environment
