Job Qualifications

  • Basic computer awareness
  • excellent interpersonal and people skills
  • ability to do repetitive work without any errors
  • ability to read and write
  • cash handling experience
  • knowledge of multiple languages preferred but not required
  • experience in customer service or cashier roles helpful

Job Duties

  • Providing personalized service to all guests
  • wiping up spills and maintaining cleanliness of all appliances and counter space throughout the morning
  • removing trash
  • greeting and welcoming customers
  • resolving different types of complaints from customers or addressing them to the restaurant manager
  • tabulating data regarding bills, total amounts, expenses in cash registers or recording them in computers
  • informing customers about modes of payment available
  • stocking shelves and keeping note of stock that are about to finish
  • handling money, currencies, and coins with accuracy
  • maintaining records regarding transactions on computers
  • dealing with customers politely and professionally
