Job Requirements
- Must have a high school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in barista or food service is preferred but not mandatory
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work early morning shifts and weekends
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Must adhere to food safety and sanitation regulations
- Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented

Job Duties
- Prepare and serve Starbucks specialty drinks and other beverages to brand standards
- Cook and assemble basic morning foods such as breakfast sandwiches, pastries, and grab-and-go items
- Greet and serve guests with a warm, professional attitude
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the Bistro café, food prep areas, and equipment
- Follow Marriott and local food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times
- Restock items and ensure product displays are neat and inviting
- Handle cash and POS transactions accurately and efficiently (Micros)
- Support team members and assist with other café or breakfast operations as needed
