Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Strong communication skills
- Basic math skills for handling cash and processing payments
- Willingness to learn and adhere to food safety standards
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Job Duties
- Perform shift opening and closing duties as assigned
- Greet customers, take orders, prepare and serve beverages and sweet offerings according to service standards
- Clean, sanitize and maintain store
- Ensure proper food handling procedures are followed
- Stock and replenish food, beverages and utensils as needed
- Ensure consistent product availability by maintaining adequate inventory and communicating shortages
- Efficiently serve customers with knowledge of offerings
- Assist with administrative duties including ordering products, organizing stockroom, coordinating vendors
- Research and resolve quality and service complaints or issues
- Receive, unload and distribute deliveries
- Other duties as assigned
