Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous customer service experience preferred
  • Ability to stand for extended periods
  • Strong communication skills
  • Basic math skills for handling cash and processing payments
  • Willingness to learn and adhere to food safety standards
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Job Duties

  • Perform shift opening and closing duties as assigned
  • Greet customers, take orders, prepare and serve beverages and sweet offerings according to service standards
  • Clean, sanitize and maintain store
  • Ensure proper food handling procedures are followed
  • Stock and replenish food, beverages and utensils as needed
  • Ensure consistent product availability by maintaining adequate inventory and communicating shortages
  • Efficiently serve customers with knowledge of offerings
  • Assist with administrative duties including ordering products, organizing stockroom, coordinating vendors
  • Research and resolve quality and service complaints or issues
  • Receive, unload and distribute deliveries
  • Other duties as assigned
