Job Requirements
- Ability to stand during entire shift

Job Qualifications
- Anticipates customer and store needs by constantly evaluating environment and customers for cues
- Communicates information to manager for team responsiveness
- Assists with new partner training by providing positive reinforcement and coaching
- Delivers outstanding customer service with a customer-first attitude
- Follows operational policies including cash handling, safety, and security
- Maintains a clean and organized workspace
- Maintains regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
- Provides quality beverages and food products by adhering to recipes and presentation standards
- Follows health, safety, and sanitation guidelines
Job Duties
- Take customer orders and prepare coffee, tea, and other beverages to specification
- Operate cash registers and credit card machines
- Maintain a warm and friendly demeanor at all times
- Communicate effectively with associates and guests in a courteous, attentive, and service-oriented manner
- Attend all hotel required meetings and trainings
- Maintain regular attendance in compliance with scheduling needs
- Perform other duties as requested by management
