Job Requirements
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 30 pounds
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including mornings, evenings, and weekends
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Basic math and cash handling abilities
- Knowledge of food safety standards
- No direct supervisory experience required
- Ability to follow health and safety guidelines strictly
Job Qualifications
- Previous barista or food service experience is preferred but not required
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Passion for coffee and food service with a focus on quality and customer satisfaction
- Basic math skills for handling cash and processing payments

- Flexibility to work various shifts including mornings, evenings, and weekends
Job Duties
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and efficient manner, ensuring their needs are met promptly
- Handle customer inquiries, take orders, and recommend menu items
- Prepare and serve high-quality espresso-based drinks such as lattes and cappuccinos, brewed coffee, teas, and other beverages according to standardized recipes
- Serve a variety of pre-prepared or made-to-order food items such as sandwiches, pastries, salads, and snacks
- Operate cash register and handle transactions accurately, including processing credit/debit cards and cash payments
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines, including proper handling, storage, and cleaning procedures
- Assist in stocking supplies and ingredients, and help monitor inventory levels to ensure adequate stock
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, seating areas, and equipment
- Work closely with other team members to provide seamless service and ensure operational efficiency
