Job Requirements
- exceptional interpersonal skills
- willingness to participate in and complete required training
- high school diploma or GED
- one to three months related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience
- ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
- ability to add and subtract two-digit numbers and handle American money and weight measurements
- ability to follow detailed but straightforward instructions
- capability to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 50 pounds
- completion of company's required training
- IST or AST certification
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- one to three months of related experience and/or training
- ability to read and comprehend simple instructions in English
- ability to write simple correspondence in English
- effective communication skills in one-on-one and small group situations
- completion of Starbucks training programs including food sanitation and customer service
- IST or AST certification
- strong interpersonal skills
Job Duties
- prepare products according to Starbucks standards
- process and package food items
- stock products ensuring freshness and quality
- provide exceptional customer service
- clean and maintain work areas
- unload and reload stock
- handle salvage products properly according to company guidelines
