Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to lift and carry 10-20lbs
  • Strong desire to satisfy guest needs in a fast-paced environment
  • Positive attitude and energy
  • Reliable and punctual
  • Excellent communication skills

Job Duties

  • Assist guests with food and coffee/beverage orders
  • Provide strong guest service orientation
  • Work in fast-paced environment with constant customer interaction and cash handling
  • Maintain well-organized area and restock station as needed

  • Support team members and contribute to a positive work environment
  • Ensure proper cash handling and transaction accuracy
