Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
One to three months related experience and/or training or equivalent combination
Ability to read and comprehend simple English instructions
Ability to write and communicate effectively in English
Ability to handle basic math operations with American money and weight
Ability to follow detailed but routine written or oral instructions
Completion of company training programs
Physical ability to stand, walk, lift up to 30 pounds regularly, occasionally lift up to 50 pounds
Ability to reach from 6 to 72 inches
Good close vision, color, and depth perception
Willingness to work in variable environments exposed to temperature changes, mechanical parts, fumes, and noise

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
One to three months related experience and/or training
Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions in English
Ability to write simple correspondence in English
Ability to present information effectively in one-on-one and small group settings
Basic mathematical skills including addition and subtraction with American money and weight measurements
Completion of Starbucks training including new hire orientation, food sanitation, safety, and product knowledge
IST or AST certification
