Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- One to three months related experience and/or training
- Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions in English
- Ability to write simple correspondence in English
- Ability to add and subtract two digit numbers and use American money and weight measurements
- Ability to apply commonsense understanding to carry out basic written and oral instructions
- Completion of company training including new hire orientation, food sanitation, customer service, safety, food safety, and product knowledge
- Must be IST or AST certified
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- One to three months of related experience and/or training
- Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions in English
- Ability to write simple correspondence in English
- Effective communication skills for one-on-one and group interactions
- Basic mathematical skills including addition and subtraction
- Completion of Starbucks training programs including new hire orientation and food safety
- Certification as IST or AST
Job Duties
- Preparing products according to Starbucks standards
- Processing and packaging items for sale
- Stocking shelves and storage areas
- Providing excellent customer service
- Cleaning and maintaining work areas
- Unloading and organizing inventory stock
- Reloading salvage products in compliance with company standards
