Job Requirements
- high school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- one to three months related experience and/or training
- ability to read and comprehend simple instructions in English
- ability to write simple correspondence in English
- ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations
- ability to add and subtract two digit numbers and use American money and weight units
- ability to apply commonsense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved instructions
- completion of company's required training including new hire orientation, food sanitation, customer service network, safety, food safety, and product knowledge
- IST or AST certified
- physical ability to stand, walk, use hands, reach, talk, hear, taste, and smell
- ability to occasionally climb, balance, stoop, kneel, or crouch
- ability to lift/move up to 30 pounds occasionally lifting up to 50 pounds
- good close vision, color vision, and depth perception
- able to work in moderate to extreme temperatures and environments with moving mechanical parts, fumes, and chemicals
- able to tolerate moderate to loud noise

Job Duties
- prepare products according to Starbucks standards
- process and package products meticulously
- stock products in accordance with standards
- provide exceptional customer service
- clean and maintain work areas
- unload stock efficiently
- reload salvage products as per Starbucks standards
