Job Requirements
- high school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- one to three months related experience and/or training
- ability to read and comprehend simple instructions in English
- ability to write simple correspondence in English
- ability to present information effectively to customers and team members
- ability to add and subtract using American money and weight measurement
- ability to apply common sense to follow oral and written instructions
- completion of company training including new hire orientation, food sanitation, customer service network, safety, food safety, and product knowledge
- IST or AST certification
- physical ability to stand, walk, lift up to 30 pounds regularly and up to 50 pounds occasionally
- ability to reach from 6 to 72 inches
- specific vision abilities including close vision, color and depth perception
- ability to work in varying temperature environments with exposure to noise and airborne particles
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent
- one to three months related experience and/or training preferred
- ability to read and write simple English
- strong interpersonal skills
- ability to follow detailed instructions
- willingness to complete required company training
- certification in food safety (IST or AST)
Job Duties
- prepare products according to Starbucks standards
- process and package products efficiently
- stock products on shelves and in storage
- provide excellent customer service
- clean and maintain work areas
- unload and reload stock deliveries
- manage salvage products according to standards
