Job Requirements
- high school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- one to three months related experience and/or training
- ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos in English
- ability to write simple correspondence in English
- ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations
- ability to add and subtract two digit numbers and use American money and weight measurements
- ability to apply commonsense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions
- must complete company training including new hire orientation, food sanitation, customer service network, safety, food safety, and product knowledge
- must be IST or AST certified
- must be able to stand, walk, reach, talk, hear, taste, or smell regularly
- occasional climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, or crouching
- must be able to lift and/or move up to 30 pounds regularly and occasionally up to 50 pounds
- must have specific vision abilities including close vision, color, and depth perception

Job Duties
- prepare, process, package, and stock products according to Starbucks Standards
- provide excellent customer service
- clean work areas to maintain hygienic standards
- unload stock shipments efficiently
- reload salvage products according to company procedures
- participate in required training sessions
- follow health and safety guidelines strictly
