Job Requirements
- high school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- one to three months related experience and/or training
- physical ability to perform job duties including standing, walking, lifting up to 30 pounds regularly and occasionally lifting up to 50 pounds
- completion of company training programs
- exceptional interpersonal skills
- ability to read and write simple correspondence in English
- ability to perform basic mathematical operations
- ability to follow detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions
- ability to work in moderate to loud noise environments and exposure to hot, cold, moving mechanical parts, fumes, and chemicals
- must be IST or AST certified
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- one to three months related experience and/or training
- ability to read and comprehend simple instructions in English
- ability to write simple correspondence in English
- effective presentation skills in one-on-one and small group situations
- basic math skills including addition and subtraction of two-digit numbers
- willingness to complete required company training including new hire orientation, food sanitation, safety, customer service network, food safety, and product knowledge
- must be IST or AST certified
Job Duties
- prepare, process, package, and stock products according to Starbucks standards
- provide customer service
- clean work areas
- unload stock
- reload salvage products according to Starbucks standards
