Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- capability to lift up to 30 pounds regularly and 50 pounds occasionally
- completion of company training programs including food safety and product knowledge
- ability to understand and communicate in English
- willingness to work flexible part-time hours
- ability to handle exposure to varying temperatures and work environment conditions
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or GED
- one to three months related experience or training
- ability to read and write simple English correspondence
- basic math skills including addition and subtraction
- strong interpersonal skills
- ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- ability to follow detailed oral and written instructions
- certification in IST or AST training

- preparing products according to Starbucks standards
- processing products efficiently
- packaging products securely
- stocking products on shelves
- providing excellent customer service
- cleaning work areas thoroughly
- unloading and organizing stock
- reloading salvage products following company guidelines
