- High school diploma or equivalent
- food/beverage service worker permit where applicable
- six months to one year serving experience preferred
- excellent communication skills
- ability to work in a team environment
- fluent in English
- strong attention to detail
- ability to multitask
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- meet minimum age requirement of jurisdiction

Job Duties
- Prepare coffee and food items
- cashier and manage payments
- stock and maintain café work areas
- clean dishes, utensils, equipment, and tables
- set up and close coffee shop including equipment and supplies
- operate MICROS system for order entry
- handle cash bank and cashier reports
