Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or general education degree (GED)
  • one to three months related experience or training
  • ability to read and comprehend simple English instructions and correspondence
  • ability to write simple correspondence in English
  • ability to add and subtract two digit numbers and perform operations using American money and weight measurements
  • ability to apply commonsense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved instructions
  • completion of company training including new hire orientation, food sanitation, customer service network, safety, food safety, and product knowledge
  • IST or AST certification
  • ability to stand, walk, use hands to handle or feel, reach with hands and arms, talk or hear, taste or smell
  • ability to occasionally climb, balance, stoop, kneel, or crouch
  • ability to regularly lift or move up to 30 pounds and occasionally up to 50 pounds
  • ability to see with close vision, color and depth perception

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • prepare products according to Starbucks standards
  • process and package products
  • stock products in retail and storage areas
  • provide customer service
  • clean work areas regularly
  • unload stock shipments
  • reload salvage products as per company guidelines
