Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- One to three months related experience or equivalent training
- Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 50 pounds
- Ability to stand, walk, reach, and use hands regularly
- Ability to understand and follow simple written and oral instructions
- Willingness and ability to complete required company training
- Exceptional interpersonal skills
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- One to three months related experience and/or training
- Ability to read, write, and comprehend basic English instructions
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to add and subtract using American money and weight units
- Certification in IST or AST
- Completion of company training programs
Job Duties
- Prepare, process, package, and stock products according to Starbucks Standards
- Provide excellent customer service
- Clean and maintain work areas
- Unload stock deliveries
- Reload salvage products according to standards
- Complete required company training including food sanitation and safety
- Assist team members to enhance customer satisfaction and sales
