Job Requirements
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- One to three months related experience and/or training
- Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions in English
- Ability to write simple correspondence in English
- Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations
- Ability to add and subtract two digit numbers
- Ability to perform operations with units of American money and weight
- Ability to apply commonsense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved instructions
- Willingness to participate in required trainings and work collaboratively in a team
- Must complete company training programs including food safety and customer service
- IST or AST certification
- Ability to stand, walk, lift up to 30 pounds regularly and occasionally up to 50 pounds
- Ability to work in environments exposed to varying temperatures and mechanical parts
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Prepare products according to Starbucks Standards
- Process and package items in compliance with company guidelines
- Stock products to ensure availability and proper rotation
- Provide excellent customer service to enhance customer satisfaction
- Clean and maintain work areas to meet hygiene standards
- Unload stock deliveries efficiently and safely
- Reload salvage products following Starbucks protocols
