Job Requirements
- high school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- one to three months related experience and/or training
- ability to read and comprehend simple instructions in English
- ability to write simple correspondence in English
- capability to present information effectively in one-on-one and small group settings
- ability to add and subtract two-digit numbers and work with American money and weight measurements
- ability to apply commonsense understanding to carry out detailed instructions
- must complete company-required training including new hire orientation, food sanitation, customer service network, safety, food safety, and product knowledge
- IST or AST certification
- physical ability to lift and move up to 30 pounds regularly and up to 50 pounds occasionally
- able to stand, walk, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch
- vision capable of close detail, color discernment, and depth perception
- willingness to work in environments with varying temperatures, moving parts, fumes, and noise
Job Qualifications

- strong interpersonal skills

- completion of Starbucks training program including food sanitation and safety

- prepare products according to Starbucks standards
- process and package products according to guidelines
- stock products efficiently
- provide excellent customer service
- clean and maintain work areas
- unload stock deliveries
- reload salvage products according to company protocols
