Job Requirements
- Previous Barista or coffee experience preferred
- Basic knowledge of espresso drinks, coffee preparation, and equipment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes and standards
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Friendly, positive attitude with a guest-first mindset
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds
- Understanding of hygiene and food safety rules
- Ability to multitask and remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment
- Completion of Food Handler's Certification required within 30 days of employment

Job Duties
- Prepare espresso-based beverages and coffee drinks according to Yolked Kitchen recipes and specifications
- Take coffee and to-go orders accurately and efficiently
- Stock and maintain the coffee bar area including supplies, cups, lids, syrups, and garnishes
- Perform daily breakdown, cleaning, and maintenance of the espresso machine and coffee equipment
- Assist the bar team with glassware, bar prep, and garnishes as needed
- Coach and train servers on espresso beverages, menu offerings, and proper preparation standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar and surrounding areas throughout the shift
