Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- One to three months related experience or equivalent training
- Ability to read, write, and comprehend English instructions
- Ability to perform basic math operations
- Completion of required company training
- IST or AST certification
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally
- Willingness to work in moderate to extreme temperature environments
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Ability to handle cleaning and stocking tasks
- Excellent interpersonal skills
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or general education degree
- One to three months related experience or training
- Ability to read and write simple instructions in English
- Basic math skills including addition and subtraction
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Completion of company training programs including food sanitation and customer service
- Certification as IST or AST
Job Duties
- Prepare products according to Starbucks standards
- Process and package products accurately
- Stock products efficiently
- Provide excellent customer service
- Clean and maintain work areas
- Unload stock deliveries
- Reload salvage products following company guidelines
