Job Requirements
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- one to three months related experience and/or training
- ability to read and comprehend simple instructions in English
- ability to write simple correspondence in English
- effective verbal communication skills for customers and associates
- basic mathematical skills involving addition and subtraction
- ability to apply commonsense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved instructions
- completion of company training including new hire orientation, food sanitation, customer service network, safety, food safety, and product knowledge
- IST or AST certification
- physical ability to lift and/or move up to 30 pounds regularly and occasionally up to 50 pounds
- ability to stand, walk, use hands, reach, talk, hear, taste, and smell
- ability to climb, balance, stoop, kneel, or crouch occasionally
- vision capabilities including close vision, color, and depth perception

Job Duties
- Preparing products according to Starbucks Standards
- processing and packaging items
- stocking and organizing merchandise
- providing customer service to maintain satisfaction
- cleaning work areas to uphold hygiene standards
- unloading stock deliveries efficiently
- reloading salvage products following company guidelines
