Job Requirements
- high school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- one to three months related experience and/or training
- ability to read and write simple correspondence in English
- strong interpersonal skills
- ability to perform basic mathematical operations
- completion of required company training
- physical capability to lift up to 30 pounds regularly and occasionally up to 50 pounds
- willingness to work in varying environmental conditions
- ability to follow detailed but simple instructions
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent
- one to three months related experience or training
- ability to read and comprehend simple instructions
- good communication skills in English
- completion of company training programs including food safety and customer service
- IST or AST certification
- ability to work well in a team environment
Job Duties
- prepare products according to Starbucks standards
- process and package products
- stock shelves and manage inventory
- provide excellent customer service
- clean and sanitize work areas
- unload and reload stock efficiently
- adhere to safety and hygiene protocols
