Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- one to three months related experience or training
- ability to read and understand English instructions and correspondence
- ability to write simple English correspondence
- ability to perform basic math operations with American money and weight measurements
- ability to comply with safety and food handling protocols
- physical ability to stand, walk, lift up to 30 pounds regularly and up to 50 pounds occasionally
- willingness to complete mandatory company training including new hire orientation, food safety, and customer service
- ability to work in varied environmental conditions including exposure to hot and cold temperatures, mechanical parts, fumes, and noise
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- one to three months related experience or training
- ability to read and comprehend simple instructions in English
- ability to write simple correspondence in English
- strong interpersonal skills
- ability to effectively communicate with customers and associates
- basic math skills including addition and subtraction
- ability to follow detailed oral and written instructions
- completion of Starbucks training programs including food sanitation and safety
- IST or AST certification
Job Duties
- Prepare products according to Starbucks Standards
- process products ensuring quality and accuracy
- package products for sale and distribution
- stock shelves and storage areas
- provide excellent customer service
- clean work areas maintaining sanitation
- unload stock deliveries
- reload salvage products according to standards
