Job Requirements
- Complete company's required training including new hire orientation, food sanitation, customer service network, safety, food safety, and product knowledge
- Be IST or AST certified
- Ability to stand, walk, reach, and lift up to 30 pounds regularly and occasionally up to 50 pounds
- Ability to work in environments exposed to varying temperatures, moving machinery, fumes, and noise
- Exceptional interpersonal skills
- Willingness to work part-time
- Ability to perform duties with reasonable accommodations if necessary
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- One to three months of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Ability to read, comprehend, and write simple instructions and correspondence in English
- Basic mathematical skills including addition and subtraction with American money and weight units
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to follow oral and written instructions accurately
Job Duties
- Prepare, process, package, and stock products according to Starbucks standards
- Provide customer service with a friendly and helpful demeanor
- Clean and sanitize work areas to maintain hygiene
- Unload stock deliveries and restock inventory as needed
- Handle salvage products responsibly following company guidelines
- Participate actively in required training sessions
- Maintain compliance with safety and food sanitation regulations
