Job Requirements
- Ability to greet and connect with each customer
- Willingness to welcome questions and educate on products
- Capacity to suggestively sell gift cards, complementary/additional products, and merchandise
- Competence in accurately entering sales and processing payments in a timely and friendly fashion
- Ability to manage cash drawer following established procedures
- Skill in delivering products within established speed of service guidelines and identifying drinks upon delivery
- Capability to operate and maintain cleanliness of all store equipment
- Efficiency in restocking workstations, food, supplies, and merchandise
- Commitment to maintaining cleanliness of coworker and customer areas
- Demonstrated genuine appreciation to each customer

Job Duties
- Perform shift opening and closing duties as assigned
- Greet customers, take orders, prepare and serve beverages and various sweet offerings according to established service standards
- Clean, sanitize and maintain store
- Ensure proper food handling procedures are followed
- Stock and replenish food, beverages and utensils as needed
- Ensure consistent product availability by keeping adequate inventory and communicate shortages as necessary
- Efficiently serve customers by being knowledgeable of offerings
- Assist with various administrative duties including ordering products, organizing stockroom, coordinating vendors
- Research and resolve quality and service complaints and/or issues
- Receive, unload and distribute deliveries
- Other duties as assigned
