Job Requirements
- High school diploma or general education degree
- One to three months related experience and/or training
- Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions
- Ability to write simple correspondence
- Ability to perform basic math operations
- Ability to apply commonsense understanding for problem solving
- Completion of Starbucks training including orientation, food sanitation, customer service network, safety, food safety, and product knowledge
- Must be IST or AST certified
- Ability to stand, walk, lift up to 50 pounds, reach, and perform physical tasks
- Willingness to work in varying work environment conditions including exposure to temperature extremes and chemicals
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- One to three months of related experience or training
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to follow detailed oral and written instructions
- Ability to read and write simple correspondence
- Certified in IST or AST
- Knowledge of food sanitation and safety procedures
Job Duties
- Prepare products according to Starbucks standards
- Process products for packaging
- Package products ensuring quality and freshness
- Stock products on shelves and displays
- Provide customer service with a friendly attitude
- Clean work areas maintaining sanitation
- Unload stock shipments and manage inventory
- Reload salvage products as required
