- minimum of 1 year of customer service, cash handling, and food service experience
- valid Food Handlers Card or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire

Job Duties
- Serve as the main representative of The Dot cafe, maintaining consistent and punctual attendance, with the ability to open and close the cafe
- establish rapport with all customers to deliver excellent customer service
- prepare hot and cold beverages and ready-made food items
- follow standards for merchandising, stocking, and rotating
- store and maintain records of all products
- properly handle all cafe equipment and ensure equipment is maintained
- escalate maintenance concerns as needed
- follow all health, safety, and sanitation standards and ensure that established food safety regulations and guidelines are followed
- uphold optimal cleanliness of work area and cafe
- respond to orders, questions, concerns, and complaints in a professional and efficient manner
- enhance customer experience by uncovering customer needs in relation to products and services offered by Maps and its subsidiary companies
- support the Community Outreach and Maps Community Foundation departments during events held in the cafe
