Job Requirements
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- one to three months related experience and/or training
- ability to read and comprehend simple instructions in English
- ability to write simple correspondence in English
- ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations
- ability to add and subtract two-digit numbers
- capability to perform operations using American money and weight measurements
- ability to apply common sense to carry out detailed oral and written instructions
- ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables
- completion of company training including orientation, food sanitation, customer service, safety, food safety, and product knowledge
- IST or AST certified
- physical ability to stand, walk, reach, lift up to 30 pounds regularly and occasionally up to 50 pounds
- specific vision abilities including close vision, color, and depth perception
- work in environments with varying temperatures, exposure to machinery, fumes, and chemicals
- tolerate moderate to loud noise levels

- Prepare products according to Starbucks standards
- process and package products accurately
- stock products efficiently
