Job Requirements
- High school diploma or general education degree
- One to three months related experience and/or training
- Ability to read and comprehend simple English instructions
- Ability to write simple English correspondence
- Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations
- Completion of company training including new hire orientation, food sanitation, customer service network, safety, food safety, and product knowledge
- Must be IST or AST certified
- Ability to stand, walk, lift up to 30 pounds regularly and occasionally up to 50 pounds
- Ability to work in environments exposed to hot, cool, and extreme cold temperatures
- Ability to work around moving mechanical parts, fumes, and chemicals
- Regular use of hands for handling products
- Good vision including close vision, color, and depth perception
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- One to three months of related experience or training
- Exceptional interpersonal skills
- Ability to read, write, and comprehend simple instructions in English
- Completion of company training including food safety and customer service
- IST or AST certification
- Good physical stamina to handle regular lifting and movement
Job Duties
- Prepare products according to Starbucks Standards
- Process and package products ensuring quality
- Stock and restock inventory shelves
- Provide excellent customer service to guests
- Clean and maintain work areas
- Unload shipments and manage stock supplies
- Reload salvage products following company guidelines
