Job Requirements
- high school diploma or GED
- one to three months related experience and/or training
- ability to read, write, and comprehend English
- basic math skills including addition and subtraction with money and weight units
- ability to follow oral and written instructions
- physical ability to stand and walk for long periods
- ability to lift up to 30 pounds regularly and up to 50 pounds occasionally
- willingness to complete required training
- IST or AST certification
- ability to work in moderate to loud work environments with exposure to temperature variations and chemicals
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- one to three months related experience and/or training
- ability to read and comprehend simple instructions and correspondence
- ability to write simple correspondence
- ability to present information effectively to customers and associates
- ability to add and subtract two digit numbers and handle American money and weight measurement
- ability to follow detailed but uncomplicated instructions
- completion of company training including new hire orientation, food sanitation, customer service, safety, food safety, and product knowledge
- IST or AST certification
Job Duties
- prepare products according to Starbucks standards
- process and package products
- stock products on shelves
- provide customer service
- clean work areas
- unload stock shipments
- reload salvage products according to standards
