Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in customer service or food and beverage industry preferred
- ability to stand for extended periods
- excellent communication skills
- basic math skills for handling transactions
- willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- ability to follow health and safety guidelines

Job Duties
- Perform shift opening and closing duties as assigned
- greet customers, take orders, prepare and serve beverages and sweet offerings according to established service standards
- clean, sanitize and maintain store
- ensure proper food handling procedures are followed
- stock and replenish food, beverages and utensils as needed
- ensure consistent product availability by keeping adequate inventory and communicate shortages
- efficiently serve customers by being knowledgeable of offerings
- assist with administrative duties including ordering products, organizing stockroom, coordinating vendors
- research and resolve quality and service complaints and/or issues
- receive, unload and distribute deliveries
- other duties as assigned
