Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- one to three months related experience and/or training
- willingness to participate and successfully complete required training
- ability to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 50 pounds
- ability to comprehend simple instructions in English
- ability to communicate effectively in English
- completion of company-required certifications including IST or AST
- ability to work in varying temperature conditions and moderate to loud noise environments
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- one to three months related experience and/or training
- ability to read and write simple English instructions and correspondence
- basic math skills including addition and subtraction
- effective communication skills in English
- completion of Starbucks training programs including orientation, food sanitation, customer service, safety, and product knowledge
- IST or AST certification
Job Duties
- Prepare products according to Starbucks Standards
- process and package products for sale
- stock products accurately in designated areas
- provide customer service ensuring satisfaction
- clean and maintain work areas and equipment
- unload stock deliveries efficiently
- reload salvage products following company guidelines
