Job Requirements
- high school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- one to three months related experience and/or training
- ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos in English
- ability to write simple correspondence in English
- ability to effectively present information in English in one-on-one and small group situations
- ability to add and subtract two digit numbers and perform operations using American money and weight measurement
- ability to apply commonsense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions
- must complete company’s training including new hire orientation, food sanitation, customer service network, safety, food safety, and product knowledge
- must be IST or AST certified
- physical ability to stand, walk, use hands, reach, talk, hear, taste or smell regularly
- occasional climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, or crouching
- ability to regularly lift and/or move up to 30 pounds, occasionally up to 50 pounds
- specific vision abilities including close vision, color, and depth perception

Job Duties
- prepare, process, package, and stock products according to Starbucks standards
- provide customer service
- clean work areas
- unload stock
- reload salvage products according to Starbucks standards
- participate in and successfully complete required training
- work with the team to increase customer satisfaction and sales
