Job Requirements

High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
One to three months related experience and/or training
Ability to read and comprehend simple English instructions
Ability to write simple correspondence in English
Ability to add and subtract two digit numbers
Ability to perform operations using American money and weight measurements
Must complete Starbucks training programs
IST or AST certification required
Ability to lift and/or move up to 30 pounds regularly and up to 50 pounds occasionally
Must be able to stand, walk, reach, talk, hear, and use hands frequently during the shift
Willingness to work in varying temperature environments
Ability to follow safety and health guidelines

Job Qualifications

Exceptional interpersonal skills
Successful completion of required training programs including food sanitation and safety
Basic mathematical skills sufficient to add and subtract two digit numbers
Effective communication skills in English
Ability to apply commonsense understanding to carry out written and oral instructions
Ability to handle physical demands of the job
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

Job Duties

Prepare, process, package, and stock products according to Starbucks standards
Provide friendly and efficient customer service
Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas
Unload stock deliveries and replenish shelves
Reload salvage products following company guidelines
Complete all required training and uphold certifications
Ensure compliance with safety and health regulations
