Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- One to three months related experience and/or training
- Ability to read and comprehend simple English instructions
- Ability to write simple English correspondence
- Basic math skills using American money and weights
- Ability to follow detailed oral and written instructions
- Must complete company training including new hire orientation, food sanitation, safety, customer service, and product knowledge
- Must be IST or AST certified
- Capability to lift and/or move up to 30 pounds regularly and occasionally up to 50 pounds
- Ability to stand, walk, reach, talk, hear, and perform physical activities such as stooping or crouching
- Must be able to work in environments with varying temperatures and moderate to loud noise levels
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED

- Basic math skills including addition and subtraction
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Completion of company training programs preferred
Job Duties
- Prepare products according to Starbucks Standards
- Process and package products following quality guidelines
- Stock products in designated areas maintaining organization
- Provide excellent customer service and support
- Clean and maintain work areas to ensure sanitation
- Unload stock and manage inventory efficiently
- Reload salvage products as per company protocols
