Job Requirements
- At least one year in the bar/restaurant industry preferred
- Must be able to comfortably lift 50 pounds
- Upbeat, no quit personality
- Ability to walk, stand and frequently lift heavy items in a fast-paced, stressful environment
- Willingness to work during peak hours including nights, weekends and holidays

Job Duties
- Keep the bartender's ice bins, liquor wells and beer coolers fully stocked
- Help the cocktail servers bus tables
- Help empty trash and recycling when necessary
- Report potential issues to the Manager on Duty
- Assist in the removal of unruly patrons
- Rotate kegs as needed
- Help bus, clean and stock glassware
- Keep service floor free of debris
