Job Requirements

at least 21 years of age
ability to acquire Utah Alcohol Server training card within 14 days of hire
ability to acquire Salt Lake County Health Department Food Handler's Permit within 14 days of hire
availability to work Fridays and Saturdays from 8:00 PM to 2:30 AM
physical ability to stand for extended periods
reliability and punctuality
good interpersonal skills
