Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in banquet or food service preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
- Must be able to stand and move for extended periods
- Reliable availability for on-call shifts including weekends and holidays
- Strong interpersonal skills and a positive attitude

Job Duties
- Provide food and drink service at hotel banquet functions
- Ensure function space is visually appealing and menus are properly presented
- Set tables with linens and arrange food stations
- Serve beverages attentively during events
- Prepare banquet rooms and conduct room refreshes
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitary conditions in banquet areas
- Assist with general banquet preparation tasks
