Job Requirements
- 2-3 years of experience as a bartender in a restaurant environment
- Valid California Food Handlers card
- Knowledge of alcoholic beverages, cocktail recipes, preparation methods, glassware, equipment, and service
- Current knowledge of legal aspects of alcoholic beverage service (TIPS certified or ability to obtain)
- Exceptional guest service skills
- Basic computer skills
- Reading, writing, and oral proficiency in English
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Greet and serve guests at the bar
- Pour drinks using standard pour specifications
- Handle cash and credit card transactions
- Clean and stock the bar daily
- Record accurate tip-out sheets daily
- Work harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and supervisors
- Assist with the cleaning of operational areas
- Serve food as requested
