Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- must be able to work on a flexible schedule that at times may include early or late and regular weekend hours including Saturdays
- must be able to attend new hire training and orientation in Lexington, KY or Somerset, KY for a one-to-two-week period Monday through Friday from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm
- ability to travel to other locations as needed
- must be able to work as directed during inclement weather, declared states of emergency, or pandemic conditions
- ability to handle and count coins and paper currency
- must comply with the Drug Free Workplace Act of 1988
- must comply with all Bank Secrecy Act rules, regulations and requirements
- ability to operate standard business equipment such as fax, computer, printer, and copier
- must be able to sit or stand for long periods and lift up to 20 pounds
- ability to communicate effectively in both speaking and writing
- ability to understand spoken and written information

Job Duties
- Develop and maintain customer relationships by calling on prospective customers, identifying prospects, establishing suitable methods of contact and determining appropriate products and/or services
- perform day to day operations at a level that helps to achieve satisfactory scores on branch audits
- refer opportunities to ancillary lines of business
- assist customers with financial transactions including cashing checks, receiving deposits, verifying amounts, recording transactions, issuing receipts, and placing holds on accounts
- assist customers with questions, concerns, and explanations or demonstrations of bank products or services offered
- recognize and pursue opportunities to cross-sell products and services based upon the customer’s needs
- perform other duties as assigned
