Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- able to perform essential duties satisfactorily
- exceptional interpersonal skills
- willingness to participate in and complete required training
- physical ability to stand, walk, use hands and fingers, reach with arms, talk, hear, taste, or smell
- able to occasionally climb, balance, stoop, kneel, or crouch
- able to regularly lift and/or move up to 30 pounds and occasionally up to 50 pounds
- able to reach from 6 to 72 inches
- specific vision abilities including close vision, color, and depth perception
- able to work in environments with temperature variations and noise
- adherence to health and safety standards
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- one to three months related experience and/or training
- ability to read and comprehend simple instructions in English
- ability to write simple correspondence in English
- ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations
- basic math skills including adding and subtracting two-digit numbers and handling American money and weight measurements
- completion of required company training
Job Duties
- Bake products according to standards
- process, package, and stock fresh foods products according to standards
- clean work areas regularly
- provide customer service
- unload stock and reload salvage
- participate in training sessions
- adhere to safety and sanitation guidelines
