Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • able to perform essential duties satisfactorily
  • exceptional interpersonal skills
  • willingness to participate in and complete required training
  • physical ability to stand, walk, use hands and fingers, reach with arms, talk, hear, taste, or smell
  • able to occasionally climb, balance, stoop, kneel, or crouch
  • able to regularly lift and/or move up to 30 pounds and occasionally up to 50 pounds
  • able to reach from 6 to 72 inches
  • specific vision abilities including close vision, color, and depth perception
  • able to work in environments with temperature variations and noise
  • adherence to health and safety standards

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
  • one to three months related experience and/or training
  • ability to read and comprehend simple instructions in English
  • ability to write simple correspondence in English
  • ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations
  • basic math skills including adding and subtracting two-digit numbers and handling American money and weight measurements
  • completion of required company training

Job Duties

  • Bake products according to standards
  • process, package, and stock fresh foods products according to standards
  • clean work areas regularly
  • provide customer service
  • unload stock and reload salvage
  • participate in training sessions
  • adhere to safety and sanitation guidelines
