Job Requirements
- At least 18 years of age
- ability to stand, walk, use hands to finger, handle, or feel
- ability to reach with hands and arms
- ability to talk, hear, taste, or smell
- occasional ability to climb or balance, stoop, kneel, or crouch
- ability to lift and/or move up to 30 pounds regularly and up to 50 pounds occasionally
- ability to reach from 6-72 inches
- specific vision abilities including close vision, color, and depth perception
- willingness to participate in and complete required training
- exceptional interpersonal skills
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- one to three months related experience and/or training
- ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos in English
- ability to write simple correspondence in English
- ability to present information effectively in one-on-one and small group situations
- basic math skills including addition and subtraction of two-digit numbers and handling units of American money and weight measurement
- ability to apply commonsense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions
- completion of company training including new hire orientation, food sanitation, customer service network, safety, food safety, and product knowledge
Job Duties
- Bake products according to standards
- process, package, and stock fresh foods products according to fresh foods standards
- clean work areas
- provide customer service
- unload stock
- reload salvage
