Job Requirements
- must be at least 18 years of age
- ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- capability to lift and move up to 30 pounds regularly and up to 50 pounds occasionally
- ability to perform basic math operations including addition and subtraction
- ability to understand and carry out detailed but uninvolved instructions
- willingness to complete all mandatory training
- good close vision, color vision, and depth perception
- ability to work in environments with temperature variation and exposure to fumes, airborne particles, and chemicals
- effective communication skills in English
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- one to three months related experience or training
- completion of required company training including food sanitation and safety
- ability to read and write simple correspondence in English
- strong interpersonal skills
Job Duties
- bake products according to standards
- process fresh foods products following established guidelines
- package fresh foods items accurately
- stock fresh foods products on shelves
- clean and sanitize work areas regularly
- provide customer service and assistance
- unload stock deliveries and reload salvage items
