Job Requirements

  • at least 18 years of age
  • complete company’s training including new hire orientation, food sanitation, customer service, safety, food safety, and product knowledge
  • exceptional interpersonal skills
  • physical ability to stand, walk, use hands to finger, handle, or feel, reach with hands and arms, talk or hear, taste or smell
  • ability to occasionally climb, balance, stoop, kneel, or crouch
  • ability to regularly lift and/or move up to 30 pounds and occasionally up to 50 pounds
  • close vision, color, and depth perception
  • willingness to participate in and complete required training
  • ability to apply commonsense understanding to carry out detailed written or oral instructions
  • ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations

Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma or general education degree (GED)
  • one to three months related experience and/or training
  • ability to read and comprehend simple instructions in English
  • ability to write simple correspondence in English
  • ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations in English
  • ability to add and subtract two-digit numbers

Job Duties

  • bake products according to standards
  • process, package, and stock fresh foods products according to fresh foods standards
  • clean work areas
  • provide customer service
  • unload stock
  • reload salvage
  • participate in required training
