Job Requirements
- at least 18 years of age
- complete company’s training including new hire orientation, food sanitation, customer service, safety, food safety, and product knowledge
- exceptional interpersonal skills
- physical ability to stand, walk, use hands to finger, handle, or feel, reach with hands and arms, talk or hear, taste or smell
- ability to occasionally climb, balance, stoop, kneel, or crouch
- ability to regularly lift and/or move up to 30 pounds and occasionally up to 50 pounds
- close vision, color, and depth perception
- willingness to participate in and complete required training
- ability to apply commonsense understanding to carry out detailed written or oral instructions
- ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- one to three months related experience and/or training
- ability to read and comprehend simple instructions in English
- ability to write simple correspondence in English
- ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations in English
- ability to add and subtract two-digit numbers
Job Duties
- bake products according to standards
- process, package, and stock fresh foods products according to fresh foods standards
- clean work areas
- provide customer service
- unload stock
- reload salvage
- participate in required training
