Job Requirements
- Associates must be at least 18 years of age
- ability to stand, walk, use hands to finger, handle, or feel
- reach with hands and arms
- talk or hear
- taste or smell
- occasionally climb, balance, stoop, kneel, or crouch
- regularly lift and/or move up to 30 pounds, occasionally lift up to 50 pounds
- reach from 6 to 72 inches
- close vision, color, and depth perception
- willingness to complete company's training including new hire orientation, food sanitation, customer service network, safety, food safety, and product knowledge
- ability to work in moderate to extreme temperature environments
- ability to work in environments with moving mechanical parts, fumes or airborne particles, toxic or caustic chemicals
- ability to work in moderate to loud noise environments
- exceptional interpersonal skills
- ability to read and write simple correspondence in English
- ability to perform basic mathematical functions
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- one to three months related experience and/or training
- ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos in English
- ability to write simple correspondence in English
- exceptional interpersonal skills
- ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations
- ability to add and subtract two digit numbers and perform operations using American money and weight measurement
- ability to apply common sense to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions
- willingness to participate in and successfully complete required training
- ability to work cooperatively with a team to increase customer satisfaction and sales
